Return & Refund Policy
We’re sad to hear that our products didn’t work for you, but don’t worry; you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.
Canabban guarantees to refund any item purchased on our website if you are not happy and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your products and provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Returned items must be in the same condition that we send it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic folding broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
All merchandise must be in the same condition they were received. Products must be returned to the original box and/or packaging.
Once we receive your return parcel, it will be inspected and if everything is good, it will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on your bank/card issuer.
We will refund you the item price after we have received your package and inspected it.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We typically only replace items if they are defective or damaged, but we know stuff happens. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@canabban.com so we can help you out.
